Quinoa the King of Grains

Quinoa pronounced Keenwan is a grain found in South America. It contains more quality protein than any other grain. Some versions of Quinoa has more than 20% protein. This funny looking, bubbly grain isn’t just a healthy complete protein, it’s very tasty!
